The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with government agencies and cross-check multiple pieces of information to understand the root cause of disputes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing disputed card transactions for fraud and non-fraud issues
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify and execute solutions
  • Working with clients to collect and document information that may be used to resolve outstanding disputes
  • Ensuring all Dispute cases are handled in accordance with scheme regulatory requirements

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to flexible working arrangements, including at least half your time spent connecting in office, as well as other benefits such as professional development opportunities and recognition programs.
