Seeking a highly skilled Customer Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our Compliance and Dispute Services team. At CommBank, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce reflecting the customers, businesses and communities we serve.

We're looking for an individual who can provide superior levels of internal and external customer service by responding to and managing customer enquiries, complaints, and issues. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable problem-solving skills and knowledge across transactions or payments with investigation skills.

The role involves analysing and investigating disputed card transactions for both fraud and non-fraud transactions. You will identify opportunities to recover losses, mitigate risk and resolve claims. Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will enable you to collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and execute solutions.

You will work closely with clients to collect and document information that may be used to resolving outstanding disputes. Ensuring all Dispute cases are handled in accordance with regulatory requirements is also a key responsibility.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our flexible working options include remote work arrangements and job share opportunities. We value work-life balance and support our employees to achieve their goals.
