We're currently recruiting for a Casual Customer Service Representative role at the Commonwealth Bank.

This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work from home and in our office. You'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us, assisting them with their day-to-day banking needs.

As a key member of our contact centre team, you'll:

  • Provide empathetic support to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments
  • Help customers manage their accounts across various products
  • Navigate new technology and computer systems

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be naturally curious, resilient, and adaptable. This is an opportunity to grow your career with us and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Availability:

  • Casual positions available, requiring a minimum of 10 hours per week, split over 2 shifts
  • Must be available to work from the Redfern office once a fortnight
  • Outside of this, we'll accommodate your work preferences and availability

Training will commence on commencement date, with mandatory training for 5 weeks. You'll have the opportunity to learn new skills and progress in your career as you master your role.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and location.
