Head of Western Australia and EMEA

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Western Australia and EMEA. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in these critical regions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Business Development and Site Account Managers to exceed budget sales targets.
- Maximize the performance of our product lines, including GET, Underground, and Digital Sales.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and drive efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Minimum 10 years' general business experience with broad exposure to sales, marketing, and manufacturing.
- A university degree in Business or Engineering, with further studies in management.
- Previous accountability and demonstrated performance in Sales (BD) or Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated Leadership experience of large and diverse teams in an industrial environment.
- Ideally P&L management experience at a National Level.
- Past M&A experience including successful integration.
- Preference for relevant mining-related experience.
