About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team at Bentley Health Service. As a Senior Pharmacist, you will play a key role in promoting safe, rational, and cost-effective drug therapy, and will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient safety and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and coordinate clinical pharmacy services, including monitoring of patient medication profiles, providing drug information, and undertaking teaching and research.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate patient safety and quality of care initiatives.
  • Practice as a Senior Pharmacist, ensuring that practice is in accordance with the Pharmacy Board of Australia Registration Standards, the Pharmacy Board of Australia Codes and Guidelines, and EMHS policies and guidelines.

Requirements
