We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development professional to join our team.

Job Description

  • Growing the business by securing new customers and identifying opportunities within existing clients
  • Meting and exceeding sales targets, generating proposal agreements
  • Assessing prospects' business processes and developing comprehensive strategies with the Pre-Sales Solutions team
  • Creating targeted communications for clients and prospects
  • Collaborating with the Presales Solutions team and Sales channels across the broader business
  • Negotiating complex sales cycles to close deals
  • Ensuring ongoing customer engagement through account understanding and industry vertical knowledge
  • Managing deals in CRM software and following the deal management process
  • Reporting and monitoring weekly deal forecasts
  • Maintaining accurate CRM database information

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS/IT/software solution sales roles
  • Experience in business development/account management with large/enterprise clients
  • Experience selling into public sector (or corporate clients)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sales skills and ability to manage client expectations and relationships
  • Organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to identify customer business challenges
  • Understanding of financial aspects of deals and presenting financial business cases
  • Knowledge of customer drivers, purchasing/decision processes
  • Ability to prepare and present successfully to C-level stakeholders
  • Understanding of complex solutions sales cycles
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
