Key Role Summary

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive leadership development, succession planning, and workforce capability.
  • Maintain effective HR systems and processes.
Skill Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR Business Partner or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial relations and employment legislation.
  • Experience with coaching, facilitation, and organisational development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
