HR Transformation Lead

Transforming HR Operations for Efficiency and Effectiveness

The role involves leading the planning, implementation, and harmonization of HR transformation initiatives across the employee lifecycle. This includes auditing existing HR policies, identifying inconsistencies and outdated practices, and developing a structured change management plan to update and implement revised policies. The successful candidate will also collaborate with stakeholders to review current allowance structures and recommend standardization options.

Additionally, you will map the current end-to-end employee lifecycle, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design a streamlined and consistent lifecycle model from attraction to exit. You will also partner with HR centers of excellence and stakeholders to align processes and touchpoints.

A strong understanding of Australian employment law and compliance standards is essential, as well as demonstrated experience leading HR improvement or harmonization initiatives in a complex business environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive audits of existing HR policies
  • Developing and implementing a structured change management plan
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to review current allowance structures
  • Designing a streamlined and consistent employee lifecycle model

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and 7+ years of HR experience, including roles in HR operations, policy, or transformation. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are also required, as well as experience presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
