Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR process analysis, requirements gathering, and capability uplift. They will be responsible for mapping current state HR processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough process analysis to identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Engage with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and develop actionable solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance HR capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to remediate HR functions currently embedded in other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a standardized approach for HR processes, systems, and data management.
  • Prepare detailed deliverables to inform solution evaluation documentation and business case development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on HR processes.
  • Proven track record of leading process mapping, requirements gathering, and capability uplift initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and experience in HR transformations.
