Job Summary

The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting a major HR transformation initiative within a multi-year enterprise program.

  • Develop and refine current state HR processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Cultivate relationships with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions that drive business value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic capabilities aligned to organizational priorities.
  • Lead the transition of HR functions currently embedded in other enterprise systems into HR ownership, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized approaches for HR processes, systems, and data management, promoting efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Prepare and present deliverables to inform solution evaluation documentation and support business case development for future solution selection and implementation.
