Business Process Transformation Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced Business Process Transformation Specialist to support a major HR transformation as part of a multi-year enterprise program. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of business processes that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Map current state HR processes and systems, identifying gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Engage with HR stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Develop capability options and define the target state, aligned to strategic and operational priorities.
  • Remediate HR functions currently embedded in other enterprise systems and transition them into HR ownership.
  • Contribute to a standardised approach for HR processes, systems, and data management.
  • Prepare deliverables to inform solution evaluation documentation and a business case for future solution selection and implementation.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in business process analysis and transformation in enterprise environments, with a strong focus on HR processes. They will possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills, ability to lead process mapping, requirements gathering, and capability uplift, as well as experience in HR transformations.
