  • Develop and execute plans to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of people practices and culture-enhancing initiatives.
  • Support the Director of People and Culture in tracking and addressing feedback from employee surveys and check-ins.
  • Provide expert HR guidance and support to employees and line managers on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Partner with stakeholders to create high-quality, consistent people experiences aligned with our values and culture.
  • Assist in preparing reports, data analysis, and insights to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar, preferably in a fast-paced or values-led environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and people operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
