
Strategic Vendor Partnership Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategies to ensure alignment with upcoming projects.
- Negotiate master contracts covering core terms and conditions.
- Oversee performance management across projects, focusing on safety, quality, financials, capability, and capacity.
- Act as the escalation point for vendor issues, driving resolution and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years' experience in vendor management, procurement, or commercial roles - ideally with major contractors or in large-scale construction environments.
Requirements:- Ability to develop and execute portfolio strategies, negotiate complex contracts, and manage supplier performance.
- Strong supply chain knowledge and established industry networks.
- Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
