We are seeking a talented Trade Partner Coordinator to support the establishment, maintenance and effective management of business partnerships between our company and trade partners within our new and emerging trade partner engagement framework.

As a Trade Partner Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate trade partner pre-qualification assessments.
  • Identify and drive improvements in our trade partner performance and processes.
  • Manage trade partner training programs and track progress.
  • Support the implementation of a vendor management system.
  • Coordinate reviews and ensure trade partner compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop training materials and platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with other functions within the organisation to support the required development of required trade partner training material and platform/s.
  • Drive continuous improvement across our trade partner management processes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in supply chain management, procurement or equivalent.
  • Experience in vendor relationship management, procurement or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with vendor management systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship building, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities and context switch quickly.
  • A strong team focus, highly motivated with a growth attitude.
  • Project management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills preferred.
