Vendor Partnership Specialist Role

This key liaison position ensures alignment between UniSuper's Delivery & Information function and strategic vendors, optimising value and mitigating risk. Key responsibilities include leading the vendor framework, aligning services with strategic goals, collaborating with business units, driving performance measurement, innovation, and continuous improvement, staying informed on vendor roadmaps and emerging technologies, managing vendor risk, and supporting strategic outsourcing.


About You

You are a relationship builder, a strategic thinker, and a confident communicator. To excel in this role, you bring 5+ years of experience managing strategic vendor partnerships in IT or financial services, a strong understanding of the vendor lifecycle and contract management, proven ability to align vendor capabilities with business needs, experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and regulatory frameworks, CIPS certification (preferred), and a strong network within the vendor management community.
