Job Title:
A Senior Merchandise Strategist role with a focus on Vendor Partnerships and Transition Management is available.
The key objective of this position is to drive business value through effective vendor partnerships and successful transitions to our new distribution centre (DC).
This role will require senior-level negotiation skills, experience working with large-scale global brands and vendor partners, and the ability to execute merchandise strategies effectively.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with buying managers to strengthen profitable vendor relationships and support successful vendor transitions.
- Partner with vendors to realise benefits from the DC Strategy business case, including recovering vendor arbitrage.
- Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key vendors to achieve mutual goals and objectives.
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with vendors to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.

This is a senior-level position that requires proven experience in vendor partnership management and transition. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, be able to build strong relationships with vendors, and have a deep understanding of the DC Strategy business case.
