We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to drive our sales strategy and lead our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales programs, driving revenue growth, and enhancing our market position within the industry.

- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve corporate objectives, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead and Mentor the Sales Team: Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Analyze Sales Data and Trends: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, informing strategic business decisions.
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, driving long-term business success.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns, maximizing brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Oversee Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the budgeting and forecasting for the sales division, ensuring accurate financial planning and reporting.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly review team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure ongoing improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar role in a relevant industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
