Job Summary:The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality sales or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
