About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Architect to join our Contact Centre team at Optus. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical advice and expertise to support the design and implementation of converged environments.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and document converged environments as a high-level Design Authority.
- Customer Experience: Provide strategic technical direction to customers to ensure their technical needs are met.
- Solution Design & Delivery: Design and deliver complex business solutions that integrate data, voice, video communications, and systems components.
- Technical Support: Provide high-level operational support, including architectural views, to resolve Level 3 faults.
Your Skills and Experience
- Senior role experience in pre-sales or embedded architecture.
- Experience in providing technical advice and expertise to support architectural integrity of deployed customer ICT environments.
- Experience in managed solutions environments, including maintaining large corporate networks.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or Engineering, and industry certifications from Cisco, Genesys, NICE, and Microsoft are advantageous.
- Eligibility to obtain a Baseline/NV1 clearance.
