About Us:

Arc Staff, a renowned Australian recruitment company, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion in the blue-collar recruitment sector.

Your Role:

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional who can identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and drive sales growth.

  • New Business Development: Leverage industry knowledge to secure new clients and expand our market share.
  • Sales Leadership: Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through to closing, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity, refining strategies to enhance results.
  • Client Success: Deliver exceptional client support, ensuring recruitment needs are met with high satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to provide seamless service delivery.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in B2B sales, labour hire recruitment, or a related field.
  • A deep understanding of the blue-collar recruitment landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A results-oriented approach with a focus on fostering long-term client partnerships.
  • A self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset.
