About the Role


As a strategic and analytical Manager of Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for harnessing data to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions within the Oceania region.


This role is ideal for a data expert with a strong business acumen who can independently manage the BI function, deliver impactful insights, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.


Key Responsibilities


- Independently manage the BI function to deliver impactful insights


- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align BI initiatives with strategic business goals


- Develop and maintain advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modelling, machine learning, or statistical analysis


- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency


- Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth


Requirements


- Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field


- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, business planning or a related field, preferably in the retail sector with a focus on apparel / footwear


- Advanced expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms


- Strong SQL skills, with experience in querying large datasets and developing complex data models


- Proficient in data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)


- Deep understanding of data governance principles, including data quality, data lineage, and metadata management


- Experience with data visualization best practices and the ability to create user-friendly, impactful dashboards


What We Offer


We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
