Estimator (Retail Systems) - Victorian Operations

This is a highly rewarding but challenging position located within the Victorian Operations Retail Systems Estimating team. Reporting to the National Margin Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing retail prices in accordance with company margin and cost schedules
- Coordinating and contributing to the operational and production process for all options
- Developing and documenting business requirements with stakeholders and developing systems to support agreed requirements
- Defining system requirements and liaising with the Software Development department (IT) to implement
- Coordinating acceptance testing
- Ensuring all retail upgrade options have a mini-bill produced via ordering system tools, ordering method of measure and/or ordering process
- Ensuring all retail upgrade options have a direct build cost available in ordering and/or retail system
- Providing support and liaising with relevant departments

Requirements- Appropriate qualifications in the building/estimating field
- 3 years' or greater experience within the Residential Building Industry preferred
- Knowledge of the Sales, Workflow, and Construction processes
- Working knowledge of the Building Code and regulations
- Intermediate computer skills, in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A great attitude
