Organisational Development Manager

The role involves driving a positive cultural change process, providing strategic advice to drive organisational development and improvement.

This includes leading and collaborating with a small team of people and culture staff, building productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, developing and implementing contemporary HR policies, processes, and systems to improve business performance while meeting legislative obligations.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with stakeholders, developing and implementing effective HR strategies, managing organisational change and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements for this role include senior level human resources experience in a public sector environment, high levels of ethical decision making, good governance, and a tertiary qualification in human resources or a related discipline.

This is an attractive package comprising base salary up to $175,000 plus superannuation, offered on a five (5) year contract. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to pay additional superannuation on which the Town will co-contribute.

As an Organisational Development Manager you will be responsible for designing and implementing organisational change initiatives that drive business growth and improvement. This will involve working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and leading a small team of people and culture staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver their roles effectively.
