About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Organisational Development Professional to join our organisation, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.

This role involves leading the design and delivery of employee development initiatives, as well as overseeing leadership development for frontline and emerging leaders.

You will also be responsible for driving talent management, succession planning, and career pathways, managing graduate, trainee, and internship programs, leading diversity and inclusion strategies, and delivering engagement surveys and culture programs.

Your work will have a direct impact on how we attract, develop, and retain our employees, aligning their capabilities with strategic goals and creating a culture where everyone can thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and deliver employee development programs
  • Oversee leadership development for frontline and emerging leaders
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, and career pathways
  • Manage graduate, trainee, and internship programs
  • Lead diversity and inclusion strategies
  • Deliver engagement surveys and culture programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to embed capabilities across the organisation
  • Monitor metrics and outcomes across all programs
About You

We are looking for an experienced organisational development professional with a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, and experience in leadership, learning, engagement, and diversity initiatives.

You should have excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, the ability to coach, influence, and drive change across all levels, and knowledge of employment legislation and HR systems.
