Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth, attract top medical specialists and increase patient volume and revenue.

This role involves market research, strategy development, lead generation, and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate will work closely with National Growth and Marketing Manager and Private Hospital General Manager to deliver on business targets.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in similar roles within the healthcare sector
  • In-depth understanding of medical specialists and healthcare professional roles
  • A proactive approach to achieving sales targets
  • Experience in using data and research to identify new business opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with medical specialists
  • Experience in lead generation, conversion and onboarding
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced team environments
  • Open driver's license and own vehicle
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as required

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Business and/or Health Management

  • Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
