Key Account Management Role

About this role

As a seasoned professional in key account management, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with clients. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding existing partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and meetings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the HR or DEI industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
