We are seeking a skilled Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our growth-oriented environment, you will play a crucial role in driving customer revenue growth by generating expansion opportunities.

With 3+ years of experience in customer success or client-focused account management, preferably within a SaaS business, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies to drive customer revenue growth.
  • Identifying and exploring opportunities to upsell and expand the usage of new features.
  • Collaborating with internal ShiftCare teams to support product adoption and successful renewals.
  • Effectively resolving customer questions and providing product training sessions.
