As a Sales and Account Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in growing Konica Minolta's market share of Production Print in an assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to utilise your professional sales and account management expertise to achieve and exceed revenue targets through new business and existing customer base.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a customer-centric approach with the ability to understand the customer's business needs and tailor our integrated print management and software solutions to meet their requirements. This will involve identifying business opportunities, developing multi-level relationships within nominated accounts and prospects, and working closely with customers and project managers to manage fleet and solution rollouts.

A key aspect of this role will be to increase revenue streams and customer satisfaction by developing and maintaining knowledge of the Konica Minolta offering and vertical industries of your nominated accounts. You will also be responsible for managing day-to-day activities of complex clients, including order processing, customer meetings, and quarterly business review meetings.

We are seeking an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who can articulate solutions for tender responses and develop action plans to maintain relationships and regular contact within nominated accounts and opportunities.

This position offers a competitive salary package estimated at around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
