Strategic Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Orrcon Steel, a leading manufacturer of steel tube and pipe.
In this exciting customer-facing opportunity, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of accounts, developing new business opportunities, and building strong partnering relationships with our customers. With a focus on profitable growth of revenue, margin, and market share for our Orrcon business, you will ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Sydney Metro region
- Manage and optimize existing account customers to drive revenue growth
- Develop business partnerships between Orrcon Steel and its customers to achieve win-win outcomes
- Work closely with the sales team to grow revenue, margin, and market share
To succeed in this role, you will require previous account management experience, effective relationship management and influencing capability, and commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing and margin and its impact on profitability.
You will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
