Working for this dynamic and growing organisation, your role will be pivotal to providing assistance to the finance team, exceptional customer service and assist with day to day operations.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Providing administrative support across the business and to Finance Director
- Support the Business Development team with ad hoc admin duties
- Order, organise and coordinate the office and supplies needed
- Raising invoices and following up on outstanding debt
- Assisting with month end reporting
- Monitoring finance inbox
- Coordinating and planning both internal and external events

**Key Experience**:

- Previous experience working with a finance / accounting team is an advantage
- Strong administration skills
- A knowledge and proven use of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Keen attention to detail and good numeracy skills
- Experience using accounting or CRM system
