**About the Role**:
The successful applicant will work as part of a dedicated team to meet (and exceed) company targets. As an Administration Assistant, you will become an all-rounder who is trained to take on the following responsibilities:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- General clerical duties including but not limited to; photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system, including Job files, Test and Tag registers and relevant supplier documentation.
- Provide support to various teams when needed, including Safety, QA and Admin.
- Assist with internal audits.
- Auditing and filing of Job files.
- Maintenance & review of controlled documents.
- Support and maintenance of travel & accommodation booking when required.

- An enthusiastic and passionate service attitude
- Minimum 2 years’ experience and the ability to take the initiative and work autonomously with confidence
- Must have excellent organisation and time management skills
- Must have Strong attention to detail
- Computer skills in Microsoft suite - Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- Completed Higher School Certificate, Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent on the job education/experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Current Australian working rights
