Senior Administrative Assistant

About the Role:
The Clinical Support Officer plays a vital role in assisting the Nursing Unit Manager in maintaining a high-quality clinical service. This includes administrative tasks, workforce management, and liaison with Human Resources and Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce matters, including rostering, leave coverage, and staff replacement.
- Liaising with Human Resources and Payroll to clarify pay and leave enquiries.
- Supporting the Nurse Unit Manager in recruitment, performance reviews, and quality accreditation processes.
- Producing reports on finance and quality parameters.
- Maintaining staff credentialing, registration, and training records.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Health Administration or willingness to undertake.
- Experience in providing administrative support, with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to deal confidently with people at all levels.
- Experience with rostering, leave management, and word processing software.
