**Your New Company**
From their new and vibrant office in Mona Vale, our client offers solutions to promote self-awareness in terms of how one thinks and on how to communicate more effectively as an individual and in teams. In doing so, they work with their time-tested framework called the Whole Brain Model® and the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI), a powerful psychometric assessment tool that assesses Thinking Styles of individuals, teams and organisations.
With offices in Sydney, Auckland and Singapore and clients like Prudential, Johnson & Johnson, Hilton Hotels, NASA Australia, and General Electric, our client is much sought after to deliver advice, workshops and assessment tools.
**Your New Role**
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will respond to customer enquiries, manage customer accounts, and help resolve issues. You will proactively establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers and in the process will improve customer retention and increase up-sells and referrals.
**_Your key responsibilities will include:_**
- Manage customer accounts and enquiries, and record all customer interactions
- Support the management of the opportunity pipeline and new leads, and the successful onboarding of customers
- Ensure customer success and expand sale opportunities by educating customers on product features and benefits
- Liaise with the Support team in solving technical issues
- Manage the logistics and administration around workshops and ordering of products
- Coordinate and build relationship with our client’s team of expert Associate Trainers
- Monitor marketing campaigns
**About You**
You will have a genuine commitment to customer service, a capacity to work independently and proactively, and will be good at multitasking, prioritising and managing time effectively. And you will have a positive attitude and work well in a team You will also need to demonstrate:
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- The ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Docs Suite
- Confidence using a CRM (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce)
- High aptitude for following communication guidelines, procedures and policies
