Customer Success Consultant

**Fulltime**:
- **Hybrid work, 2 days in office - North Sydney**
As Springdays **Customer Success Consultant**, you will be working across our portfolio of clients in sectors including professional services, government, Health, Insurance and many others.
**What You'll Do**:
- **Own the Client Relationship**: Act as the key liaison for assigned clients, collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver top-notch service and value.
- **Drive Program Success**: Implement and manage new programs, boost user adoption, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- **Be a Trusted Advisor**: Develop strong relationships, provide expert guidance, and advocate for your clients’ needs while balancing business objectives.
- **Empower Clients**: Work closely with clients to set and achieve critical goals, enhancing their experience with our products and services.
- **Strategic Communication**: Roll out impactful communication and engagement strategies and interpret wellbeing data to offer actionable insights.
- **Upsell Opportunities**: Identify and cultivate opportunities for upselling, contributing to mutual growth.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Advocate for your clients' needs and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other key teams to ensure seamless service.
