**Your new role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, team-oriented person to join our City Safety and Health Business Support Team. As our new City Safety and Health Administration Officer you will make a difference daily by providing efficient and effective customer service and administrative support across multiple functions. Key responsibilities will include assisting in the resolution of customer queries, database management, monitoring of the shared inbox, processing and actioning administrative duties across various channels.

Remuneration for this role is a Band 4 classification $69,307 - $73,819 (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.

**What you will need to thrive**

The key selection criteria for this role are:

- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to deal with difficult customers
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and to manage competing priorities in a timely manner
- Demonstrated commitment to a team philosophy and a willingness to participate in continuous improvement of work practices
- Understanding and implementation of administration systems, processes and procedures is necessary
- An ability to learn new systems with accurate data entry is essential. Experience using Infor Pathway would be highly desirable
