- We’re looking for an exceptional executive assistant who is passionate about aged care and making a difference. This role requires a high degree of organisational skills to support the office of 2 General Managers. The ability to communicate effectively and deliver a high level of professional service is important. The role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, problem solve and monitor deadlines through effective scheduling, communication and administration. We are looking for someone who can think and act independently, anticipate the needs of the General Managers and work in a proactive way to ensure they are supported effectively.

**A typical day will have you**:

- Scheduling and diary management, meeting coordination and management
- Report generation through MS Office packages
- Project or event management and coordinator
- Supporting the broader admin team including other EAs and reception
- Administrative processes including invoicing, correspondence management and travel arrangements

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- High level MS Office skills
- Exception interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
- An ability to 'read the play' and anticipate need

- Base salary $81,000 annually
- Full time, Monday to Friday
- Not-for-profit salary packaging for $15,800 per year for general bills and expenses, plus an additional $2,500 for meals and entertainment - offering you more take home pay with less tax
