As the Lead Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our CEO's day-to-day responsibilities while contributing to broader organisational success. This is more than just a support role - you’ll be at the heart of the action, helping shape the future of our organisation.

Your proven experience in driving communities of practice means you know how to create spaces where executive support professionals thrive. You’re a skilled communicator, both in writing and in leading dynamic discussions, ensuring everyone’s voice is heard. Collaboration is at the core of who you are—you effortlessly build relationships across roles, fostering a sense of community.
With exceptional organisational skills, you manage events and meetings seamlessly, ensuring every detail is covered. You’re also a forward thinker, anticipating needs and taking initiative to make things happen. Your passion for mentoring and developing others shines through, and you’re committed to creating an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone can succeed.
In this role, you will:
- **Champion Efficiency**: Streamline administrative tasks, expertly manage diaries, coordinate meetings, draft communications, and take minutes that matter.
- **Be a Collaborator**: Co-design and lead a Community of Practice for Executive Assistants and Receptionists, ensuring consistency and alignment across the organisation.
- **Elevate Office Operations**: Oversee the Hawthorn Office, creating an exceptional experience for both clients and employees, and ensuring all stakeholders feel welcome.
