Are you a dynamic and strategic sales leader ready to make an impact? We’re looking for an exceptional National Business Manager to lead growth and build powerful partnerships across our Pharmacy or Grocery channels. In this role, you’ll be at the helm of our national sales strategy, driving success and innovation as you collaborate with key stakeholders to bring our products to more consumers than ever before.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective national sales strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
- Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key national retailer accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Business Development: Identify and secure business opportunities across existing channels.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Commercial Planning: Develop and execute commercial plans, including promotional activities, product launches, and category management initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Budget Management: Oversee sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to ensure financial targets are met.
About You:
- Experience: Proven experience in a National Business Manager or similar senior sales role within the consumer healthcare or FMCG/FMCH industry.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
