Your Responsibilities
- Develop a strong partnership with the customer to drive mutual sales growth.
- Lead the Priceline Pharmacy account team and manage the Coty Consumer Beauty and Luxury portfolio.
- Develop strategic plans to grow specific categories within the customer and deliver short- and long-term objectives.
- Extract insights from data and identify implications for customer growth.
- Guide and coach direct reports to empower them in their responsibilities and help them meet their potential.
- Coordinate the implementation of customer-specific promotion plans for Coty brands, liaising with Marketing, Demand Planning, Trade Marketing, and customer teams.
- Prepare Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) inputs, detailing 3, 6, and 12 months forecasts and financial outlook.
- Analyze customer Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) data to track new product launches and pre- and post-promotional Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis.
You're a Great Fit
- Experience as a National Account Manager, ideally in Beauty or FMCG, within the Pharmacy or Grocery channel.
- Strong consumer/shopper insights, analytical, and numeric skills.
- Experience in budget planning and P&L management.
- Excellent presentation and strong communication skills, including interpersonal communication.
- Strong sense of individual accountability and ability to work autonomously with collaboration in other functional teams.
