You are a seasoned sales leader, someone who flourishes under pressure, inspiring and navigating your team through the captivating ebbs and flows of the VIC coffee industry. You’ll have a proven track record in sales leadership, will be able to brew coffee and work a coffee machine with confidence, host coffee events and exhibit exemplary communication skills, commercial acumen, and resilience. Your ability to think strategically, incorporating market insights and data into your work, is vital as we craft our sales strategy for the future. You’ll lead by example and guide our team towards achieving ambitious sales targets and heightening brand recognition.
