**State Business Manager** to spearhead our operations
**Western Suburbs and regional NSW**.
As the State Business Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of strategic business plans, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth within assigned territory. You will also be responsible for managing and achieving sales targets, building relationships with key accounts, and aligning business growth plans with the company's overall strategy.

**Main Responsibilities Include**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the medical aesthetics sector
- Identify and nurture key client relationships, driving new business opportunities and cultivating existing accounts
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and campaigns that align with market trends
- Leverage your in-depth clinical knowledge of medical aesthetics to provide expert advice and support to both clients and the internal team
- Serve as a credible resource for clients, offering insights on product efficacy, treatment options, and industry best practices

- Tertiary qualification in health science, business management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the medical aesthetics or medical device industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Aesthetic business knowledge, including familiarity with market trends and industry developments
- Exceptional sales skills and understanding of business processes including relationship building, strategic planning, marketing, service and support
- Leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of motivating and managing teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
