We are searching for a dynamic professional who is ready to take their next step into the role of **Customer Experience Marketing Manager**—someone who is ready to take the lead and develop and execute a customer-centric engagement strategy that drives tenant satisfaction and retention across our assets. In this key position, you’ll design bespoke initiatives, cultivate vibrant tenant communities, and play a vital role in growing our brand's presence.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Develop and execute asset-level communication strategies, ensuring content aligns with our brand vision and engages our tenant community across platforms like Insite, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Create compelling messaging that encourages participation in events, campaigns, and initiatives while fostering a strong sense of community.
- Collaborate with leasing teams to ensure communications and marketing materials reflect our brand and deliver value to tenants.
- Design and oversee bespoke tenant engagement events, activations, and partnerships in collaboration with the Asset Managers.
- Manage event budgets and identify opportunities for collaboration across the portfolio to drive efficiency and maximize impact.
- Cultivate relationships with event providers to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives, aligned with safety and operational guidelines.
- Streamline tenant onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences.
- Partner with the other team members to maintain property portals, digital assets, and communication tools like HubSpot.
- Deliver performance insights and campaign metrics to the Asset Managers, highlighting areas for continuous improvement.
- Implement the Customer Engagement Strategy to drive tenant retention, satisfaction, and participation.
- Integrate Customer Journey principles into all engagement initiatives, ensuring consistency and impact.

**What You'll Need**:
- Qualifications & Experience:_
- Degree or qualification in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline desirable but not essential.
- Experience in the property industry highly desirable.
- Contractor/outsourced provider management experience.
- Understand property fundamentals.
- Understand tenant and stakeholder drivers and needs.
- Understand customer service excellence and how to implement these with the Customer Experience Marketing Managers & asset teams.
- Skills:_
- High proficiency in Account Management.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, Hubspot, Excel desirable.
