THE ROLE

Mulpha Developments is the development arm of Mulpha Australia, specialising in the building of premium land estates, luxurious homes, town homes, apartments, retail and commercial buildings. With locations spanning the east coast of Australia, Mulpha Developments offers over 30 years in real estate development expertise. Current Mulpha projects include award-winning master planned communities of Norwsest & Sanctuary Cove.
Reporting to the Head of Developments, the Marketing & Customer Experience Manager is responsible for the strategic development, implementation and reporting of compelling marketing strategies for Mulpha’s development projects and precincts. The role focusses on strategically targeting, acquiring, and nurturing leads to achieve sales targets, establishing and pushing the project, precinct and Mulpha brands in the marketplace, and driving the end to end customer journey. The role also drives community engagement, activation and placemaking in both Norwest and Sanctuary Cove.
Role responsibilities will include the following.
Work closely with the Development Directors in Norwest and Sanctuary Cove, Development Managers and Sales teams to deliver all marketing and associated functions within Mulpha Developments to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Plan, develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed use projects to ensure lead nurturing and achieve stated objectives and targets.
Be responsible for market research and planning, advertising, brand management, local public relations, and events for active projects. Use your placemaking experience to drive a people centred approach to the marketing strategy, continuously questioning what the drivers are for people to live, work and play in the Norwest and Sanctuary Cove communities.
Develop and implement communication strategies to assist in creating an elevated brand awareness within the targeted markets
Manage a targeted marketing and communications calendar that delivers information and content in a structured and meaningful way
Work closely with the media agency to develop a strategic plan for online and digital marketing that generates qualified enquiries at an efficient cost per lead.
Manage and integrate concept designs and ideas into producing sales collateral for advertising, print, signage and display material in line with developed creative direction and brand guidelines
Be the custodian of the Mulpha customer journey and experience - this role will focus on continuous improvement of the entire customer experience from initial enquiry to lead, prospect, sale, construction, settlement and post settlement.
Utilise your deep knowledge and experience of the path to purchase in the residential market to methodically design and implement systems and processes to streamline and enhance the overall customer journey.
YOUR BACKGROUND
8+ years’ relevant experience in a marketing role within the residential property industry
Strong digital, sales and marketing knowledge, with practical experience in researching, planning and coordinating marketing strategies.
Experience in the project marketing of developments at different stages, with experience in launching new developments to market essential.
Experienced in CRM systems such as PropertyBase/SalesForce.
Experience in CMS systems such as HubSpot.
Demonstrate skills in lead generation and nurturing.
Proven ability to lead marketing and customer journey strategies.
Experience in analysis and reporting of marketing performance data and uncovering insights to inform future marketing decisions.
Experience in forecasting, managing, and reporting on project marketing budgets.
Experience with presentation technology and a current working knowledge of print and electronic media processes
Knowledge of residential (preferably high density / off the plan apartment living) industry essential
High level of analytical, organisational, problem solving and negotiation skills
Strong financial and budgetary skills with the ability to source and manage quotes and provide costings
