**About the Opportunity**

Due to the continued growth and success of our business, we are looking for our next superstar to join the Customer Success team. As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will drive customer retention and satisfaction by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies tailored to our existing customer base.

This role will play a crucial role in scaling education, fostering customer adoption, enhancing the customer journey, and increasing product engagement. By leveraging data-driven insights and creative marketing approaches, you will nurture lasting customer relationships and elevate the overall customer experience.

Reporting to the Lead Customer Success Manager, our CS function bridges the gap between sales and service, by onboarding new customers and providing valuable customer insights and contribute to product and customer experience (CX) design. You will ensure the company is aligned around an ideal customer, to ensure highest possible customer attraction and retention.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrates a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and preferences, and can translate these insights into effective marketing strategies.

Segmentation Expertise: Proficient in segmenting customers to target specific groups with tailored marketing initiatives.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in utilizing data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.

Campaign Management: Experience in planning, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at engaging and retaining customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various teams, including Sales and Product, to align strategies and achieve common goals.

Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and allocate resources efficiently.

Creativity and Innovation: Demonstrates innovative thinking and creativity in developing unique marketing campaigns that resonate with customers and differentiate the brand.

Saas experience preferred over Commercial Property experience as they need to understand customer lifecycles.

**Snapshot of your accountabilities**
- Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer retention and engagement.
- Create and implement scalable education programs for customers to enhance product knowledge and adoption.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase product engagement and usage among existing customers.
- Coordinate and host webinars and workshops to provide valuable insights, product updates, and best practices to customers.
- Generate compelling marketing collateral, including case studies, testimonials, and success stories, to showcase the value of our products to existing customers.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success, Product and Sales teams to gather customer feedback and insights to improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted point of contact for their marketing-related inquiries.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics related to customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve customer marketing efforts.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in customer marketing, customer success, or a related role, ideally in the SaaS or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, customer segmentation, and customer lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns targeted at existing customers.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using customer insights to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
