**The Role**:
The Records Management Administrator is responsible for managing records throughout their lifecycle including maintenance, access, protection, storage, appraisal and legal disposal.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage records throughout their lifecycle, including appraisal, sentencing and legal disposal
- Digitise temporary & permanent records and upload into the records system
- Assist with administration functions of the record system
- Implement and conduct regular quality checks of digitized files and their metadata
**About you**:
- High-level attention to detail and time management skills
- Prior records management or document archival experience
- Experience working with confidential records
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documentation to determine appropriate records classification
