We are seeking a full time Customer Service Officer to assist in running our Maintenance business in our newly renovated office in North Shore & Eastern Suburbs.

You will be looking after various requests for a portfolio of clients, managing and coordinating a team in the field. You will be trained on how to use our internal reporting systems. Working with Outlook, a solid understanding of Word & Excel.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building client relationships
- Highly organised and able to manage time effectively, meeting deadlines for tasks
- Jobs scheduling for fieldworkers
- Data entry
- Calendar management
- Purchasing and materials allocation
- Coordinating scheduled work as per quotes
- General administration duties & tasks
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Strong team player
- Highly motivated
- High attention to detail and high level or accuracy
- Willing to learn and be trained

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience in the same or similar role
- Competent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Team player
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment & work well under pressure

**Our Company**

The I've Got Time Group runs two main businesses, The Professional Landscapers and The Pool Service Co., both these businesses have remote workforce's who are trades based and perform regular maintenance, servicing the high-end residential market within Sydney.

The business employs respectful, open-minded and proud people who can turn everyday interactions and communication with our customers into positive experiences.

You will be looking after various requests for a portfolio of clients and assisting our admin team with day to day tasks.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
