**Salary**:Clerk Grade 5/6 ($93,295 - $102,941)

**Location**: Parramatta, with a requirement to attend the office once a week

**About the team**
Taxes and Grants is responsible for customer interactions for all tax and grant products. We undertake assessments, revenue collection, enquiries, investigations and client education services. We administer grants and use our expertise to research, develop and implement programs to make it easier for our customers to comply.
The Duties Compliance team carries out compliance investigations for non-compliant foreign surcharge clients.

**Your day-to-day**
- Assess complex matters and provide professional legislative and procedural advise to clients and client representatives (solicitors and accountants etc) to ensure they comply with statutory obligations
- Case management - responsible for assigned case outcomes.
- Provide coaching and undertake quality assurance reviews for other staff members in the team to identify training needs and ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive and up to date knowledge of duties legislation, policies, procedures and business rules to provide quality advice to customers and stakeholders.

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:

- Experience assessing complex matters and committed to delivering quality outcomes
- Experienced in report writing
- Self-motivated with the ability to complete work within set timeframes and standards.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

Salary Grade 5/6, with the base salary for this role starting at $93295 base plus superannuation
