As the ACT Infrastructure Solutions Sales Manager, you will assume responsibility for leading and overseeing the State Infrastructure Solutions Team. Your primary objective will be to provide a sales experience that fosters customer loyalty by assisting clients in enhancing their businesses. You will collaborate with your representatives to challenge customers' perspectives and build consensus around Data#3's solutions, ultimately securing deals. Your team will be accountable for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while managing existing accounts across various industries. Be prepared to engage and lead the way in this exciting role.

**In this role you will**:

- Provide sales leadership for the ACT Infrastructure Solutions business.
- Foster a positive sales culture which works proactively with customers and partners to drive technology and business outcomes.
- Ownership of an ACT business plan which aligns to a national strategy and go to market.
- Drive infrastructure and services sales performance for the ACT territory.
- Enhance strategic customers and opportunities (including development and maintenance of CxO relationships)
- Clearly differentiate Data#3 from the competition based on the national and state capabilities
- Financial management of the associated ACT P&Ls
- Position Data#3 strategically in the ACT marketplace, maximising all potential business opportunities
- Liaise with Marketing on national and state based activities
- Create new ideas, approaches or insights, and a range of solutions to problems
- Investigate deal level challenges, Ideates novel approaches to deals and shares deal-level insights with team.
- Translate plans and directives from upper management into clear activities
- Build and promote a clear business plan for sales growth that is first focused on customer success
- Complete monthly reporting and forecasting requirements and maintain a constant cadence around sales forecasting consistent with the companies forecast requirements
- Understand economic drivers, including internal and external business dynamics
- Approach tasks and opportunities with a view to understand and influence the impact of decisions and project outcomes on business strategies, operations and budget

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven track record in strategic IT solution sales preferably of complex Solutions in medium-to-large organizations
- (Government and Commercial) (Within a vendor or an integrator highly desirable)
- Proven track record in Sales and HR Management of complex IT Solutions teams
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining vendor relationships
- Highly desirable is a track record in the development and management of business budgets and P&L’s, and interpreting of financial information
- Proven track record of Integrity in dealing with personnel, customer and supplier issues
- Possess the skills, and traits necessary to being a successful Manager such as professionalism, a sense of urgency, dedication to continuous improvement, and wider organisational awareness
- Gain a clear agreement and commitment from stakeholders and sellers by persuading, convincing, and negotiating
