Key Responsibilities- Build and Maintain Relationships

Trade Promotions and IncentivesManage and administer all trade promotional and incentive schemes and redemptions in line with any Marketing Programme, and merchandise shelf, fridge, and floor to gain maximum display exposure of our products at point of sale.
Industry Trends and Competitor ActivityProvide relevant information on key industry trends and developments, and major competitor activity, and display sound time management skills by meeting deadlines, planning calls, and following up on queries as soon as possible.
Team PlayerBe a 'Team Player' and assist fellow colleagues within the National Field team and across the organisation, maintaining highly positive staff morale and teamwork.
Requirements- Experience
At least 3 to 5 years' experience in Liquor/Beverage or other FMCG organisation is highly desirable, with a proven track record of sales and distribution growth.
SkillsStrong relationship building skills, ability to build long term profitable business relationships, effective negotiation skills, and ability to communicate in both written and oral formats.
EducationDegree qualified is desirable but not essential.
