**Operations Officer**
As our Operations Officer your role will work closely with the Operations Coordinator, assisting with administrative support and financial duties. The role supports MHNSW to meet business demands and undertakes critical functions in order to provide an efficient service which ultimately provides the best customer experience.
**What the opportunity is**:
- Employment with Museums of History NSW.
- Clerk Grade 1/2. Remuneration package includes salary ($70,694 - $76,857 full-time equivalent), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- Part-time (21 hours per week) temporary employment for a period up to 2 years.
- The role will work across Sydney.
**What we do**
MHNSW brings together the museums, historic houses and associated collections previously in the care of Sydney Living Museums with the vast collection of more than 13 million items held by the former NSW State Archives. This includes one of the world’s most complete and important collections documenting colonisation.
**What you’ll do with us**
This role will support the customer focused operations of the City Museums Portfolio to fulfil a range of administrative and financial duties while providing excellent customer service to a range of key stakeholders.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
- Current NSW Drivers’ Licence.
- Willingness to work across and ability to travel to multiple work locations.
**Also note**:
- A talent pool may be created for future ongoing and temporary roles and is valid for a period of up to 18 months.
